TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING;

Your name, home address, contact phone number and a visa, mastercard or switch maestro number and its valid from and expiry dates are necessary when making a reservation, the deposit will be charged at the time of your booking, balance will be due on departure, if you incur any cancellation charges they will be applied to the card you supplied at booking.

When you make a reservation it is a legal contract between The Eagle Hotel, Lauder and yourself. Please note that our cancellation policy is part of this contract. Rates are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations;
Deposit - £25 per room per night payable at time of booking
Payment - Deposit charged to credit card number supplied, balance on departure.
Cancellations - We unfortunately can not accept late cancellations without charge and the following charges will apply;
Within 7 days of arrival - loss of deposit
Between 24-48 hours - 50% charge
less than 24 hours notice- full charge
Waiver of cancellation charges at discretion of management.
